2019 Grace Arts Camp

For children who have completed Grades 1 through 6.

Please fill out the form in its entirety. You will receive an email after submitting the form confirming the details.

After you press the "Register Now!" button at the end of the form you will be sent to our payment page where you will be given instructions for using PayPal or paying by cheque or cash.

    By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge your acceptance of the above terms and consent to your child's participation in Grace Church's Arts Camp.

  • Please submit $90 per child for the week (including breakfast and lunch daily).
  • Please select one of the three payment options available (Cash, Cheque, PayPal/Credit Card). One of the three options MUST be selected for the form to be submitted.
  • BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS FORM PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT. IF CORRECTIONS ARE REQUIRED AFTER THE FORM IS SUBMITTED YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SUBMIT A NEW FORM WITH THE CORRECTED INFORMATION.
  • Refund Policy
    NOTE: There will be a refund of 50% for cancellations on or before May 31st 2019 and NO Refunds for cancellations after or no shows.
