The Grace Diaconal care team offers support to those who:

• are in a shut-in setting (nursing or retirement home);

• are grieving the recent loss of a loved one, or

• are experiencing health or other issues

As a group, we wish to be supportive by maintaining ongoing contact, listening, and being ready to extend care and love to those who need it most.  It is a joy and blessing to find ways to extend small expressions of love to those who need to be reminded that they are being remembered by their Grace family.

Hebrews 13:16 - "And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased."
